Ingredients:
2 X LEAN BEEF SIRLION STEAKS
2 X 15 ML ( 2 TBSP ) OLIVE OIL
2 X 15 ML ( 2 TBSP ) CHILLI SAUCE
2 SPRIGS FRESH THYME
HALF OF A LEMON, CUT INTO WEDGES

Method:
IN A SHALLOW DISH MIX TOGETHER THE OIL CHILLI SAUCE AND THYME

DIP THE STEAKS INTO THE MIXTURE AND ENSURE THAT THEY ARE COATED ON BOTH SIDES

PLACE THE STEAKS UNDER A PREHEATED GRILL AND COOK ACCORDING TO THE CHART BELOW

BRUSH STEAKS WITH REMAINING CHILLI OIL OCCASIONALLY

TO SERVE, SQUEEZE OVER THE LEMON JUICE AND SERVE WITH SAUTE BABY POTATOES AND A GUACAMOLE ( AVOCADO, TOMATO, CHILLI, AND RED ONION) SALAD
