Cajun Pork Chops
Serves: 4

Cooking Time:
16-20 mins . prep time 1hr marinating

Ingredients:
2-3 CHILLIES, DESEEDED, OR 1TBSP CHILLI POWDER
1TBSP GROUND CINNAMON
1TBSP GROUND GINGER
8 SPRING ONIONS TRIMMED AND CHOPPED
3TBSP LEMON OR LIME JUICE
A FEW DASHES OF TABASCO OR HOT PEPPER SAUCE
4 PORK CHOPS
FRESH HERBS TO GARNISH ( OPTIONAL )
LIME WEDGES TO GARNISH


Cajun Pork Chops
Method:
1 PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS (EXCEPT PORK CHOPS AND GARNISH)
IN A FOOD PROCESSOR AND BLEND TO FORM A CHUNKY PUREE

2 WITH THE PORK CHOPS PRESS MARINADE INTO BOTH SIDES OF THE PORK CHOPS,
PLACE IN A DISH COVER LOOSELY AND LEAVE IN THE FRIDGE FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR OR OVERNIGHT IF LIKED

3 PREHEAT GRILL TO MEDIUM/HIGH AND LINE GRILL RACK WITH TIN FOIL.
COOK THE CHOPS FOR 8-10 MINS ON EACH SIDE UNTIL DONE.


Serving Suggestion:
GARNISH WITH FRESH HERBS IF LIKED, AND SERVE WITH LIME WEDGES AND GREEN RICE
